Cancellation & Refund Policy for Wellness Programs

We understand that plans can change — especially when health is involved. This policy is designed to be simple, transparent, and fair to both you and us.

1. Quick Reference

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session takes place.
  • Programs cancelled before start may qualify for partial refund.
  • Programs cancelled after commencement are generally non-refundable.
  • Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.
  • Technical failures on our end qualify for refund or credit.
  • Duplicate payments are refunded fully.

2. First Consultation

Your first consultation with Dr. Jeevan Shinde is a personalised one-on-one session involving preparation and assessment.

2.1 Rescheduling

  • 24+ hours notice — Rescheduled at no extra charge.
  • Less than 24 hours notice — Rescheduling subject to availability.
  • No-show — Consultation slot is forfeited.

2.2 Consultation Refunds

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.

If cancelled before the session with sufficient notice, a credit towards a future consultation may be considered.

3. Wellness Programs & Packages

3.1 Cancellation Before Program Begins

  • 48+ hours notice — Refund may be approved after deduction of applicable processing fee.
  • Less than 48 hours notice — Partial credit may be offered at our discretion.

3.2 Cancellation After Program Starts

Once a program has commenced or personalised plans/materials have been shared, fees are generally non-refundable.

Exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies may be reviewed individually.

Possible resolutions may include:

  • Credit note for remaining value
  • Temporary program pause
  • Partial refund where appropriate

3.3 Program Transfers

Programs are non-transferable to another individual. Transfers between FitNova programs may be considered subject to approval.

4. Missed Sessions

  • 24+ hours notice — Session rescheduled at no extra charge.
  • Less than 24 hours notice — Rescheduling depends on availability.
  • No-show — Session forfeited without refund.

5. Free Resources & Downloadable Guides

Free downloadable resources are provided without charge and therefore are not eligible for refunds.

6. Situations Where Refund Is Always Provided

  • Duplicate payment errors
  • Service not delivered due to our inability
  • Technical failure preventing access to paid service

8. Refund Method & Timelines

  • UPI / Bank Transfer — 5–7 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card — 7–10 business days
  • Complex cases — Up to 14 business days

Refunds are processed only to the original payment method used.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.

Most issues can be resolved faster through direct communication.
